Joaquim Pedro Andrés Ribeiro holds a degree in economics from Harvard University. He worked at Grupo Technos from 2008 to 2014 as a chief executive officer and served as chief executive officer of Shoptime S.A. in 2005. He also worked at Time Warner from 1999 to 2004. Currently he is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Thiago remains with the Company until May 30, 2019, contributing to the execution of the activities for the full transition of information.

Fabio Marcelo holds a degree in social communication, post-graduate studies in marketing, specialization in sales and an MBA in business management. Mr. Marcelo joined the Technos Group in 2000, having served as National Sales Manager. He left in 2015 and joined a group of businessmen to market Mormaii licensed wetsuits and equipment, in the city of Garopaba, State of Santa Catarina, where he implemented a number of improvements. In 2018, he became the Commercial Officer of Rip Curl Brasil, a world leading company in the surf wear segment, where he had the opportunity to manage the supply and logistics area, as well as the commercial area. In this period, he directly managed the brand’s retail activities and Outlets.

Daniela Pires holds a degree in economics from UFRJ and is currently attending the Business Administration Professional Master’s course, with emphasis on Leadership and Strategy, at Fundação Dom Cabral-BH. She has sound experience in the Finance and Supply Chain areas, with a career consolidated in retail and consumer goods companies. Before joining Technos, she recently worked at B2W. Ms. Pires joined the Technos Group in October 2010, having led the Planning, Finance, Investor Relations and Supply Chain areas. She also led important projects in the Company, including the post-acquisition integration of the Dumont Saab Group in 2013 and, more recently, the implementation of the S&OP process.

Monica Magdalena Noronha holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidade Federal Fluminense – UFF, an MBA in Retail and Services, and specialization in Product Management and People Management. She worked at the Technos Group for more than seven years and serves as Chief Marketing Officer since 2014. Previously, she worked in the marketing and product management areas in fashion and consumer goods companies, including Aviator and Richards, where she served as manager. Currently, she is also a marketing consultant.

Graduated in Business Administration from Federação de Escolas Integradas Simonsen and in Law from Centro Universitário Moacyr Sreder Bastos. He has a post-graduate degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro - PUC, in Human Resources Management - People; and post-graduate degrees from ESA - Escola Superior de Advocacia, in Civil Law and Civil Procedure; Business Law; Labour Law and Consumer Law; He has a Counsellor's Course from the Dom Cabral Foundation - FDC, and was a lecturer at SENAC and SEBRAE and a substitute at the Fluminense Teaching Association. He has taken several courses in the areas of People, Law, ESG and Counselling at the FDC and other educational institutions. He was honoured by the Rio de Janeiro City Council in 2007. He currently holds the position of Director of People, ESG and Operations and is a member of the Company's People Committee, ESG Committee and DPO, with more than 35 years' professional experience and is a member of the Human Resources Committee, Legal Affairs Committee and Tax Affairs Committee of CIEAM.

Mr. Rodrigues holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Universidade Gama Filho (1984) and a post-graduate degree from COPPEAD (1990). From February 2003 to September 2018, he served as Officer and Manager at Lojas Renner S.A. He was head of the company’s Purchases, Operations, Store Management and Expansion areas. From 1997 to 2003, he coordinated consulting projects in the area of management of products and services for clients, including Rede Globo, Whirlpool, Leader Magazine and Unibanco. Moreover, from 1986 to 1996, he worked as Business and Store Manager and Superintendent at Mesbla.

Mr. Ribeiro holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University (1998) and attended the OPM specialization program from Harvard Business School (2012). He is the founding partner of Neopar Capital, a venture capital investment company focused on startups. From May 2008 to July 2014, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Grupo Technos. Previously, in 2005, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Shoptime; and from 1999 to 2004, he worked as Manager at Time Warner. He is a voluntary member of Fundação Estudar, Endeavor, YPO and RenovaBR.

Mr. Figueiredo holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidade Santa Úrsula. He holds an MBA in Business Administration from COPPEAD. Moreover, he is an Independent Member of the Board of Directors certified by Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa. Mr. Figueiredo is a PhD student in Business Administration at COPPEAD-UFRJ and a guest professor of the Executive MBA Leadership course at COPPEAD. He is a voluntary board member of Rede Cidadã (an NGO located in the city of Belo Horizonte) and Mentor at Endeavor (a non-profit organization located in the city of São Paulo). As member of the board of directors, he serves at ABRH-SP, ABRH-Rio (Associação Brasileira de Recursos Humanos) and COPPEAD-UFRJ. He currently serves as CEO at Lee Hecht Harrison Brasil, Executive Officer for Latin America and member of the Global Executive Committee of LHH. He acts as Coach for Executives and is a Consultant at LHH in Brazil. Mr. Figueiredo has a Coaching certificate from Columbia University, New York, USA. He is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as Associate Certified Coach (ACC). He participated in the incorporation of ICF in Brazil and commanded it in its first three years. He currently serves as Officer of the Global Board of ICF, acting as trustee in the United States. As an executive, he worked at White Martins / Prax Air, American Cyanamid, American Home Products, BASF and LHH | DBM since 2001.

Mr. Goettems holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade São Judas Tadeu. He has been working at the Company for 50 years holding different positions, including salesman, commercial manager and, for 23 years, chief commercial officer. 

He graduated from the AMP specialization course at the Harvard Business School in 2015. He is the co-founder of Financiere Moliere, a Belgian investment company focused on direct investment, real estate, and equity in funds. Current independent member of the board of directors of Morellato, an Italian company in the watch and jewelry segment.

He currently performs the functions of Director of Zenith Asset Management Ltd, which works in investment management; he is a member of the Fiscal Council of Sendas Distributor S/A, which operates in food retail. In the past, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of LIQ Participations SA, which operates in the consumer relationship sector; member of the Fiscal Council of Excelsior Alimentos S/A, which operates in the food industry; member of the Fiscal Council of Forjas Taurus S/A, which operates in the military industrial sector; member of the Fiscal Council of Brazilian Distribution Company, which operates in the food retail sector; member of the Fiscal Council of Telas Santanense Company, which operates in the textile industrial sector; member of the Fiscal Council of Encorpar S.A., focused on equity interest in other companies, and member of the Fiscal Council of Coteminas, which operates in the textile industry.
